I found it interesting from the case study that in trying to bridge the gap between AI and EI, a virtual therapist is introduced which takes us back to technology, though it might be better than nothing.
We are social beings hence the need to be careful not to fully replace workplaces with technology that has advance anti-social effectin the long-run.
